Beginning to look like Freeze could get fired this year

You poor dumb bastard, you guys aren't good and just like every other year are overhyped. you may win but don't be surprised if you watch our band and fans playing when the game is done after you corndog loving fuxers leave early.

I had to bump this one. ^^^^

How'd that Tiger Mauling feel?

Ed Orgeron is still laughing at y'all today.

So trolls If he is so bad, why would we care? So dumb guys. So dumb.

Freeze bought himself more time with the back to back wins over Alabama if nothing else.

Miss State has passed Ole Miss. And next year is back in Starkvegas. Another beatdown in next year's Egg Bowl will be Rev Freeze's finale. Unfortunately.

I fault Freeze by the character that he recruits. Athletically gifted, but not coachable, nor brought up with ethics and responsibility, and definitely not academically oriented. Nkemdiche brothers come to mind as does Speaks for that DUI no one is talking about. Freeze's players quit on him. Yeah, I know-the NCAA allegations. What's the point in winning? Pussy excuse! Perhaps we may be exonerated, or you as a player have NFL aspirations but you quit on your coach. Do that crap in the NFL, you're HISTORY! Ask R. Nkemdiche. And where is Treadwell? A classier person, but where is he? Surely it wasn't MSU kicking the hell out of us! We did it to ourselves! We need a General Patton kind of DC who won't put up with BS, and gets the job done!

Oh by they way did you see how well your pro style offense worked against a shitty team? That ass thrashing we took saturday is what you can expect always if we try to do they type of football you all are calling for. The only reason it was run in the first half was to try to show case an offense that Cam Akers could thrive in.

as an outsider I'll say that CHF is okay for now but sweeping chanf=ges need to be made posthaste. Another losing season and he will be on the hot seat IMHO. Questions for KNOWLEDGEABLE Rebel fans.
1. What is the minimum expectation for next year
2. Who would you like to see as DC going forward

Pratt, that ass kicking happens no matter what offense Freeze installs. His team QUIT on him! Forget Akers, he's not coming. We show cased crap! Character counts, Pratt, and we don't have it. Sad to say that as much as I love Ole Miss. Said that from the beginning.

I think you are buying too much into the sky is falling scenario. Like i told you before the season if they don't win another game it will be ok. It happens teams quit. That;s on the coaches to keep it from happening. When a defense knows half their coaches are going to be gone it's easy for them to not care. You can say character issues all you want but it's imagined. I get it, you have a huge problem with speaks DUI. In the grand scheme of things it was during the offseason and not at school. That would be like you fired from your job because you drink scotch at home.

Look. You are debating with a bunch of avatar-less dinguses. So I will do the courtesy and nuke from orbit. It's the only way to be sure:

So you ran a particular style of offense not to try to win the game, but to try to impress a recruit?

Wow. No wonder you have a losing team.

My thoughts exactly. The worst part about it was they gained yards doing it but when it came to 3rd and short or the 4th down conversion attempts they went back to the shotgun. It was one of the worst coached games i have ever watched and that's saying something.

No sir. Attitudes reflect on the gridiron off season or on. I use Speaks as an example, but there are more, and it's NOT imagined. The term "cancer in the locker room" can be applied here and that's what's hurting us. Most of all, Todd Wade's podcast on this website reveals so much as to what I've supported about recruiting and the NCAA. Please listen.

You should probably make a trip to oxford in the off season. Give Coach Freeze a call and explain to him you are a graduate and supporter of Ole Miss. Explain to him your concerns and let him know you would like to talk with members of the team. Maybe after they work out or just on an individual basis. These guys aren't hollywood movie stars who you can't have access to. Freeze isn't a dictator that only talks to select people. While i still lived in Mississippi, my construction company was doing some renovations on parts of the stadium. This was back when O was there. He is every bit the blow hard and Ahole you can imagine but he even took time to talk and shoot the bull for a while. I spent over an hour talking to Billy Brewer one time. Your problem is you are most recently tainted by the product on the field. Add that to a couple of incidents and you have your mind made up that there is rampant thuggery and horrible attitudes on this team. These guys have nothing on what Houston Nutt brought in.

Again, before you judge 18-22 year old kids that you know absolutely nothing about, take a step back and do what you can to meet them and get to know them. I believe you will have a different view point after that.

Bama has had many players arrested for weed and firearms, recently, and they are playing for a SEC and likely a national championship. Your theory has a lot of holes.

Two words: Chad Kelly. Freeze knew what his baggage was but he took him anyway. How's that worked out?

Leadership starts at the top.

Chad Kelly had no problems while he was the starting QB at Ole Miss and led the SEC in many categories. I'm missing your point. Kelly was a perfect example of why you shouldn't judge someones past. By the way how are those rape charges going?

So hitting on porn stars and getting in fights during high school games is model behavior for your starting QB?

Guess the morals are different in Oxford...looks like he hasn't really grown up from his Clemson days.

Shut in billyblindsidebaelish lecturing on morals when half the gumps have been arrested for weed and firearms. You're a moron. LMAO!!

Yeah the porn star started following him on twitter. You gotta give the man props for giving it a shot. Show me where one punch was thrown by CK at a high school game. I'll hang up and listen Pawwwwwwl

I gotta give him props for being a moron? LMAO! She literally has in her bio that if you DM her, she will post your DMs publicly and mock you. So meathead Kelly does it anyway.

And gets mocked for it. Then he turned around and did it AGAIN! The second time she actually had to ask him if he was just too dumb to get it LMAO!

He stormed the field and put himself in a position that he should have been smart enough to avoid.

He's going to get eaten alive by NFL execs during the interview portion of the NFL combine next Spring.

I, too, spoke to Billy Brewer as a student and got to know Willie Green, Everitt Lindsay, Bill Smith, Bryan Owen, and others of the kicking team, and JR Ambrose. Great people. Back then, you didn't hear of anyone getting into trouble to this extent. I know nothing about the kids we got now, but don't have to. I see results. I'm sure most are great kids, but it only takes a few to ruin it for everyone-a "cancer." Pratt, we don't have to put up with the lowest common denominator;we can do better. Take a lesson from Saban. He doesn't tolerate the BS. I'd even support a drill sergeant right now. You as a player quit on the coaches OR get into trouble such as a DUI, you're history.

Your theory has a lot of holes.[/QUOT Heard Saban kicked a bunch of players off the team. I am not sure, but things used to not be this way. It's when you played the effing game, earn accolades, be something in life, support community efforts, and be a role model for kids. Not trying to be a "goody 2-shoes" but the way things are going now, football is no longer enjoyable.

The starting left tackle for saint saban was arrested for possession and other things. It got paid off for charges to be dropped. Everyone in the SEC has them. The reason you didn't hear about stuff back in the day is there wasn't twitter, facebook, or instagram where everything gets out seconds after it happens.

In Oxford you didn't hear things then? You picked up on things pretty quickly. And I knew many of the players back then like Mark Young and the others I've mentioned, and knew the sports editor of the Daily Mississippian. There were small incidents like public intoxication, but not like assault/battery, DUI. Pratt, something happened to our football team, and I can honestly only speculate what happened. I can make allegations, educated guesses through what I've read in redcuprebellion.com and 24/7.com and read postings of each, make assumptions, and watch Ole Miss play on TV or listen on radio. My goal is to figure out how a promising Ole Miss team fall way below expectations, look great against TA@M, FSU, Alabama in the first halves, then screw them up and screw up at the end of the season. Meeting Coach Freeze is not feasible, but I'd like to. Never seen this before. It was strange! And has the semblance of an undisciplined football team-a team that gave up!

A comparison to make things look simple-the NY Jets vs the Indy Colts.
