ABC Broadcast Team – Georgia at Ole Miss

Chris Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit, and Holly Rowe will be in Baton Rouge for Bama/LSU.

This will be the third time this season we will have had the 3 – Mc's...The previous two were Kentucky (loss) and LSU (loss).

Maybe the 3rd time is the charm (?).

Will you pray with me for this election

Ok, i am not much of a poster here. I respond from time to time. This is my only platform i use at all to communicate-i dont do facebook or anything like that. I just feel so strongly that today we need divine intervention from our Holy Father regarding this election. I am including my prayer below if you would like to join me.

My most gracious loving and forgiving God, i thank you for your son Jesus Christ that was born, lived, died, and was resurrected for my sin. God we come together as a nation to pray for your direction back to You. We have strayed so far as a nation. Today is so important and i pray that you will open our eyes that we may see our sinful ways clearly and turn from them. We have a clear decision to make as we vote today. We love you God and we ask for your divine intervention that this election be fair. We need you desperately today God. We are a broken nation and You are the only answer. We love you so much God. Open our eyes and hearts today God as we vote. In Jesus Christ holy name, amen.

PODCAST MPW Digital Election Preview/The Josh Hendrickson Show crossover

Join Neal McCready, Josh Hendrickson and Lt. Col USAF (Retired) Ike Fesler for a crossover edition of MPW Digital Extra and The Josh Hendrickson Show. We preview Tuesday's election, getting predictions from Josh and Ike, as well as look at the Senate and House races of note and discuss what a Trump win would mean as well as what a Harris win would mean. We also discuss the Butler, Pa., attempt on Trump's life, what a second Trump term might look like, Harris' SNL strategy, Vance's appearance on Joe Rogan and much more.

I'll try to load this in video form at some point.

Explain political polls to me like I’m 5

I understand that they call people ask them questions about there views, and not necessarily asking who they’re voting for. But like I’m sure everyone else, I’ve seen Pennsylvania and other swing states, go from Trump 40% chance to win, to trump 60% chance to win, in a matter of days. (Maybe not that drastic but you get the point)
1. How does it change literally daily?
2. Who are they polling? Are they just calling people at random?
3. What are the most accurate polls? Are those even accurate?

Fear the status quo

My trip to Fayetteville..

1) My first time to NW Arkansas. Beautiful place. I didn't see the rolling hills on the way in because it was dark, but on our way out yesterday, I found myself wanting to come back and do some sort of family trip. Will probably try to talk my wife into taking our kids to Silver Dollar City and go through there for a few nights.

2) Arkansas facilities are great. Campus is nice. I see the appeal for a lot of out-of-state kids and understand why they've also seen an enrollment jump.

3) Presentation at the game was fine. Not great or where Ole Miss currently is, tbh. Their traditions are a little cheesy, but whose isn't? I could see how that place could get rowdy in a close game though. It was obviously tame. I was impressed by how their fans (minus students) stuck around through halftime. Ole Miss fans were great.

4) People around town were awesome. Maybe it's because they weren't expecting to win or they foresee our commitment larger than theirs, but I had no issues with any of their fans. Most were really kind and welcoming.

5) I'm just going to be real. This doesn't apply to me because I have a pass at Ole Miss, but Arkansas offered a free shuttle on Razorback Road to the stadium that didn't take long at all. I know we have sold out season tickets and whatnot, but you do at some point have to start thinking about the long-term relationship of the customer. Even our in-town shuttles cost over $80 to park at this weekend. Arkansas made it really easy to get onto campus and back. I know it's a bigger town and they're more spread out, but I found it nice not to have to pay to park.

6) Objectively, I left there thinking there's no reason in the NIL era that the Arkansas program should be bottom half of the league. Yurachek is given one of, if not the biggest donor advantages in the country with the Waltons, Stephens, Hunts, and Tysons.

There's no reason that dude should be at a Touchdown Club asking regular Joe Smith from Conway for $100/mo. Frankly, it's a fireable offense if he can't convince a group collectively worth 12 figures to give .0001% of that to field a top 5-10 team. With their facilities and donor dollars, I really left kind of baffled as to why they can't at least make it work to be a consistent 8-9 win team.
