A friend sent this to me and I made it last night for my daughter’s birthday party.
Cheesy crawfish bread
Loaf of French bread halved.
Slather 1/2 cup of mayo (Can sub evoo or butter) on the bread halves.
Sauté 3/4 cup of sweet onion in butter until soft.
Add 3 minced cloves of garlic and sauté u til fragrant.
Add 1/4 cub chopped parsley
3/4 cup chopped green onions
Add 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Add Salt, pepper, garlic powder to adjust to your taste if necessary.
Add rinsed crawfish tails (rinsed).
Mix in 1 block of cream cheese and 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Put on bread
Sprinkle 1/3 cup grated parm and a cup or so of Monterey Jack cheese.
Bake about 10-12 minutes on 375°
Then broil until cheese starts to brown.
