Coaches leaving while in playoffs will it be common going forward

With the way the calendar works in college football the early signing period and the portal will coaches leave a team that is in the playoffs for a job they desire that they know they just cannot wait on.

Kelly left the Irish for LSU a day or 2 AFTER the Irish did not make the playoffs when asked if he would have left if they were in the playoffs he said good question I do not know
The coach at Cincinnati I think had his eye on Ohio State but when it came open his team was in the playoffs and he did not go I wonder if he regrets it or if he really had the job if he wanted it

Lets say for example a team like Tulane makes the playoffs and Arkansas fires their coach and wants to hire Tulane's coach I think he has to leave Tulane and take the job that is a no brainer

But power conference team taking anther power conference teams coach that is in the playoffs. Is that going to be rare or will it become common. How much heat will the media give the coach for leaving his team during the playoffs
