I was somewhat surprised by these ratings...I know 11 AM Central kickoffs are not high on the list for many folks; however, it seems this timeframe is a solid viewing window for college football...I know @Neal McCready has been saying this for quite some time.
Two of the Top 3 - Most Watched Games for Week 3 were during the Noon (Eastern) window. Heck...Florida at Mississippi St. was the 7th - Most Watched Game last week (also an 11 AM kick).
I also learned, per the article, that ESPN does not to Nielsen measurement for SEC Network games.
