That's never great news, but it's not as bad as I was hearing from rumors. He tore the ligaments, not the tendon, so there's a chance he could be back in the second week of his senior season. He's going to have surgery on Tuesday or Wednesday and then will be in a cast for 30 days before they reposition it and then cast it for another 30 days. Then there's rehab which is estimated at 4-6 weeks.
So, it's a blow to the commit, but it could have been much worse.
