PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
A Lafayette county man was arrested for 10 counts of animal cruelty.
There were 10 dead dogs and 20 emaciated dogs on the property that is owned and inhabited by Ole Miss's very own Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs.
Mrs. Charolette Pegues's husband has been charged but we can't seem to figure why she was not.
How could 30 starving dogs go unnoticed on her small Lafayette county property?
How can Ole Miss support the decision to keep this woman in a leadership roll?
Why isn't she being held responsible for owning and dwelling in a home where rescuers say they witnessed "one of the worst cases they've ever seen of animal cruelty"
I'm sorry you can't tell me his wife ,who is the property owner, didn't see any of this.
Are you comfortable with her being around your children?
