All you folks with experience in Colorado, I need some recs. I’ve never been anywhere but the Denver airport in Colorado, and I’m going to a concert at red rocks in Sept over a long weekend. Here’s my questions:
If I want to spend a couple nights in the mountains nearby, what’s the best locale for that time of year? I’ve looked at Vail and Breckenridge.

What’s the best way to arrange transportation to and from the red rocks venue if we don’t want to drive?
