What’s happening with this freshman housing situation/cancellation?

Hearing that one of the apartment complexes backed out of the agreement with Ole Miss to house freshmen, leaving 290-300 freshmen without any housing. Supposedly the university has suggested Batesville rental housing as an alternative housing solution.

Anyone know?
