Lanes approach to the personnel department, eval, and spending. Love what he’s doing here. Seems to be ahead of the game. I can’t imagine that there are many programs that are as progressive with their approach and hiring than Ole Miss.
Love that he looks for intelligence and football savvy when making coaching hires. This staff has very few meatheads, ra ra look at me guys (maybe 1), rednecks, or fake ass wanna be choir boys.
It reminds me of a PAC 12 style staff rather than your typical SEC staff.
