Heating question

the temps won’t get above 19 degrees at my house for the next 48 hrs. I have the thermostat on 68 and I know the heating system (electric) will be running non-stop.

Is it better for the unit to leave it on 68 or should I bump it up higher? Would running it higher help it, hurt it, neither?

My main focus here is just hoping it doesn’t break during the coldest week of the year.
