to focus on the NIL/Players? Not discounting how a great coach can come in and make a difference - we've seen that with Lane. But at some point, are we going to see more of an emphasis put on stocking your roster? IDK if that's a stupid question or not...I guess the answer to that is - who the hell do you hire that will take $5 million that would be excellent - and what happens if and when they do win? You gotta pay them market rate.
Also - with NIL, would the Matt Luke hire have made a lot more sense? With a big war chest are the odds not stacked again @tsiskey. I would imagine we might have had the Chris Jones' and Jeffrey Simmons'...
