I think he needs to be Steven Adams if he wants to have success in the league.
Adams is a bit of a rim protector. He’s an elite rebounder. He’s an elite screener (underrated skill set). He’s also a capable passer. Adams is never going to be knocking down jumpers, but you pair him with an elite guard as a screener, and he is very helpful offensively.
Agreed in general that there aren’t many spots for bigs like him, but I think he needs to model himself after Adams if he wants staying power. Edey is probably more skilled in the post than Adams, so he could bring that to the table as well in late clock situations.
