Ole Miss needs to get a head coach that builds their Ole Miss house with concrete. A coach that is not a childish narcissist. A coach that has a real plan on how their program is run. A coach that holds himself accountable to himself, his players, his staff and his administration. Not saying they need a Baptist preacher, but someone who has a proven track record of organization from A-Z.
