House is 37 years old with the same toilet. Husband's toilet is now stopping up on a regular basis, but no other plumbing problems. Suggestion is to replace the toilet, based on what's happening, but no visual inspection. Can you suggest a brand and perhaps a model? Prices are all over the map. TIA
