You make out the Titans to be the worst franchise in the NFL. The last two seasons have been dog shit, I totally agree. But we didn't ruin Locker; he couldn't stay healthy. That's why he's now retired. VY ruined himself because he's a child. That was a bad draft pick. Its incredibly difficult to have an elite QB. And until you have one, you do not win big.
