As you can discuss below on the message board, Deontay Anderson released a top five of Ole Miss, LSU, Texas, Texas A&M and USC. The Rebels remain the favorite, per pretty much everybody. Anderson had said on July 13 that Texas, Ole Miss and LSU would make the cut, so it was really a two-school announcement of which teams would join those three. Ole Miss recently picked up a commit from Anderson's teammate -- D'Vaughn Pennamon.

The Rebels have one more commitment at full point total increase before the 20-commit point. After that, the lowest ranked player falls off the calculation each time there's a commit. Rivals.com ranks only the top-20 commits. USC and Georgia are in good shape because of the number of commits currently. Ole Miss is toe-to-toe with Alabama. The Rebels are currently 10 points ahead with the same number of commits.
