I get why she hated it, but it’s reminiscent of all the great coaching profiles I read in SI growing up.M — you think they are a little nuts but have to be to be that good.
If you are out to make it political, I guess you can twist this into hurting your feelings but it seemed fine to me.
Frankly, in a different era many here might have criticized the author for not going after her harder for defending Briles.
