It’s polarizing and it’s not a great system, but why doesn’t it make sense? What’s YOUR reasoning nehind why it’s arbitrary?

Cause legally going from an attorney’s POV who’s trying to sue the ncaa and the answer is way different. You keep saying how bad it is, and I’m not unreasonable and your opinion is completely valid, but the Supreme Court right now is vastly different than it was 3 years ago.

So back to the original question, what about the transfer rule so arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable about it?

Moreover, you keep saying to sue the ncaa to get what u want and that makes sense cause they keep losing. But at what point do we ask: have they been actually hiring competent lawyers? Cause it’s been a long time since the Supreme Court has unanimously overruled something like they did to the ncaa in 2020. In that decision freaking Ginsburg and Thomas WERE ON THE SAME SIDE. You can obviously point to the sideways rules of the ncaa but at the same time, the ncaa should’ve done way better then that.
