We've had threads about various medical issues, including several about gallstones and such..
Well, I learned a new one this week... I've been experiencing some intense episodes of my head spinning when turning to either side in bed. I saw my family medicine doctor and he referred me to an ENT specialist..
Turns out I have "ear rocks" due to a condition called BPPV--Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.. The Doc prescribed some meds to take for a couple of weeks, then go in for a follow up and physical therapy exercises for my inner ears..
I'm told it's easily treatable, but gosh, now I know I literally have rocks in my head.. but they can be exercised out by physical therapy..
I can tell you that spinning sensation is scary...
