Does anyone have a recommendation for a red wine that is low in sugar (not even sure they exist) and does not affect their sleep?
I discovered that if I have even a small glass of red with dinner I will wake up around 1:30 am and struggle to get back to sleep. It’s really a bummer because I enjoy red wine. I don’t enjoy white wine the same and aside from drinking most of a bottle (whole other set of problems in the morning) I can’t sleep through the night. TIA
