Question for all you RG folks out there. I went to get a haircut today and asked the barber if they accept cards. He told me that they did. So I proceed to get the haircut and as soon as I go to pay I hand him my card and he proceeds to tell me that they do not accept cards and that it was a recently new policy. So I reminded him of the conversation that we had before I even sat down in the chair and he tells me that he doesn’t remember me asking. So I tell him that all I have is a card and a do not have my debit card with me “their shop has an ATM” and he again tells me that they do not accept cards, so I just leave and do not pay. Who is in the wrong here? Also this did not happen in MS.
