I preface this with the obligatory “I know it’s early” BUT I don’t think they’re as good as last year’s team. Our starting pitching this weekend went 3.1, 4, 3.2 and 2 innings respectively. And don’t get me started on the hitting. It’s atrocious. And then you look at Chattengier and McCants leaving Ole Miss and starting the season on a tear. It makes you scratch your head.
