I don’t know if I’ve ever been more impressed with a staff and team. Some people say family and culture, but few rarely follow through.
Chris Beard just brought his entire staff and team to the OPC to watch and cheer on an 8U basketball game. Ole Miss assistants had kids on both teams. They brought airborns. Some of the young coaches coached the other team. One young coach sang the National Anthem. They took a picture with all the kids after the game.
I mean he gets it. It literally made my son’s life. He has a fan for life in me. That was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen, considering the time of year and I’m sure there are other things he and his team could have been doing.
