To have a cheat meal/day or not

I’ve lost right at 75 lbs since late April. I’m 15 more away from my goal. I’ve done this mostly through limiting carbs and portion control. I don’t actually exercise but I am active at work(walk 5-10 miles a day.) I just turned 50 and the weight loss through the last 2-3 months has slowed to a crawl. In the last 2-3 weeks it has hit a WALL(actually started to creep up.) Any thoughts on changing my approach completely or maybe incorporating a cheat meal/day to jump start my metabolism?
