What's stopping us from getting Ettiene still?

I keep hearing "had the Judkins thing happened sooner he would be on your campus" (Neal said this on one of the podcasts).

What is stopping us from still getting him? All he's done is commit to Georgia. We've got Louisville snatching up kids that are "committed" to us right now. What am I missing? Has he already started a class at Georgia?
