Why has Oxford never had an "Elite" BBQ restaurant?

• B's BBQ is a solid spot, 8/10 but I think everyone would agree that it's not top tier.
• Handy Andy has an amazing burger, but probably 7 or 8/10 BBQ
• I thought Lamar Lounge was great, but I heard it was a "non-profit" restaurant. Obviously that wasn't gonna work out.
• Valero BBQ spot is fine, 6/10.
• I remember Rebel Barn, I thought it kinda sucked.

For a town with great food, ive never understood why we never had a truly great BBQ restaurant.
