Going off 247 rankings, Ole Miss sits at 39 4 or 5 star players for next year. We need 4 more blue chip transfers to get over the 50% threshold.
For the count, I used composite (avg of the sites) HS / JUCO 4 stars and if they were ranked a 4 star as a transfer on 247.
If you also included guys ranked as 4 stars out of HS but not as transfers the number is 41 (Key Lawrence and Josh Harris).
We will be legitimate contenders for the 12-team CFP regardless but it would be cool for the program to get past the 50% threshold.
Unbelievable roster management and looks like we will still add 2 corners (hopefully Michigan kid is 1 in the boat soon), 2 OL, 1 LB (hopefully Brickshire), 1 RB, maybe 1 WR, and hopefully a Jack to rotate with Princely. So plenty of chances to add a few more 4 stars.
