Since it was discovered in a physical at Ole Miss I assume Ole Miss is footing the bill.

That can be and I'm sure is a big number every year. I'd be curious to know what it has been every year for the last 10 and where in the University or athletic dept do those funds sit. Like just how DOES it work?

Ole Miss actually files insurance with players personal insurance first and Ole Miss covers everything that is not paid for by insurance
