I’m closing on a condo at 514 jackson early April. We have kids sports during double decker and we already rented a place for Morgan Wallen. It’s an absolute perfect location for everything. I walked to st Leo in 5 minutes and can get on campus just as quickly .
It will be furnished, but not VRBO ready. (It will be clean and comfortable, just not nice furniture and decorated yet.) We should have it furnished with our furniture and decorated by early may.
It has 3 full size beds now. Will have a king , and queen over twin bunks in other two rooms .
I dont even know where to start on price per night. Looking for advice here..Vrbo still has a lot of options. They are all probably nicer, but none in a better location.
I’ll post back on here before we put on Vrbo to see if anyone wants to rent. I’m only going to rent 10-12 times for the big weekends. I figured those would be party weekends and I won’t have to worry about people complaining about noise, etc.
