Anybody Here Lives in Fayetteville, NC?

[Mississippi Boy in DC]

I was just offered a position at Fort Bragg. If I take it I can be there in about 6 weeks or a little after. Is it worth it? How is the quality of life there? I know with my salary I can buy a nice home there for less than $300K. In DC you can probably get a 3 bedroom townhome for that price. But yeah, I just need a little help in deciding if possible.
