I have a small attic. When I say small I mean about 18ft wide and about 30ft long. My home was remodeled when I bought it. The people who did the renovations remodeled everything except the attic. There is insulation on the floor but not on the sides. All of the insulation is brand new. The wood beams are also brand new. It is in great shape. All I need to do is put in a floor and walls. There is a light in there so I know it has some form of electricity. Lastly, there are no vents or windows so I want to install a vent for heating and air.
Basically, I want to install a floor, walls, ventilation, a few plug ins for a TV and lamps, and a light switch. I don't want plumbing, just a basic living space. Again, I stay in a townhome (that is what $205k in DC gets you) so it is not huge, about 18ft wide and 30ft long. How much am I looking at?
