buying single game tickets on stub hub

I need tickets for the aggie game.. I was looking at stub hub and they have some decently priced tickets for about $130, but tickets haven't been sent out yet right? So these sellers do not have their tickets in hand? Anyone have problems buying tickets this far in advance?
