C Spire Fiber is it good in Oxford? Can’t get SPARC

Had SPARC for several years and loved it. Moved in June and previous owner recommended Max South but it's been a struggle. Would like to try C Spire Fiber since it's available.

They also recommended bundling with cell service on 5 lines. Cell service good in Mississippi, Tennessee and Southern Missouri? Currently pleased with T Mobile.
