I have wondered for years why the university continues to leave this eyesore in place on campus. They’ve spent millions upon millions making it the most beautiful campus in the country and then you’ve got this thing that sticks out like a sore thumb. Surely they could find some money in the budget to replace these ratchet ass stairs with something more permanent and aestethically pleasing. A lot of visitors use these stairs to enter campus/The Grove on game days and it’s not the first thing you want them to see. I realize it’s not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things, but it has bugged me for several years and I wanted to get it off my chest.
