There won't be a ruling before the next signing day. You'll have to go before the Committee on Infractions and plead your case first. That will likely happen next Summer, and the official announcement on your penalties will probably come in January of 2018.

I would not be surprised with your scenario. Dragging a case out is the NCAA's way of punishing you without doing it formally. Until then guess we'll have to put up with Robertson's manure slinging and the State fans accepting it as the gospel.

The NCAA despises having to investigate any school so they structure it so that if they have to do so, the school severely regrets their decision.

Ole Miss knew this would happen if caught. Looks like it was a bad gamble for all involved.
