After a slight herniated disc & leaked fluid between my C5 & C6, I am almost back to my former strength.

At 62 years of age, I was able to do 245 lbs. on decline BP. Again. Took me 5 1/2 months and a steroid shot in my shoulder to get back to where I was at in December.

I still have some burning in my neck doing 20-25 reps on my warmup lifts. Been taking fish oil supplements, eating sardines in olive oil & boiled edamame. Any other foods good for disc repair?
