In the original deal to bring the Grizzlies to Memphis, build the arena, etc., Shelby County Government committed to around 20 million dollars in renovations at or around the 10 year mark. Included in this (and the bulk of this) are much needed centerhung HD boards. I believe it's in the FY 2016-17 County Budget.
