Christmas Eve -
Before church: planning to have some apps/snacks, including smoked salmon two ways. Going to have it basic with crackers and the normal accompaniments and also going to make this dip and use the salmon instead of oysters (https://gardenandgun.com/recipe/southern-soul-barbeques-smoked-oyster-spread/)

After church - Ribeyes, baked potatoes, salad

Christmas Day -
Late lunch/early dinner: Red wine braised short ribs with mushroom risotto and a salad. Making a sorghum pecan pie for desert.
