My wife, son, dog and I are driving back to Georgia from visiting my in laws for mothers day. My wife is driving , and we run out of gas before Tuscaloosa. It's a scary situation anyway but with a 2 year old 5 miles to the next gas station on a hot day it's very scary. As we are sitting there after calling the police station for help a car pulls over in front of us. A man comes out to help us and says he actually has a 6 gallon gas can in his car, and he would love to help us. He gives me his phone and I ask him his name... Clark. He leaves to get gas for us and a couple minutes later the trooper finally comes. I text Clark thanking him for what he did, but letting him know we were ok.
The trooper is very very nice, even allows my dog to get in his car. Takes us to get gas and just went above and beyond the call of duty. My cousin is a state Senator in Alabama, so I'm going to tell him about it so he can do something nice for the trooper. I didn't catch his name but my wife did. She didn't know his first name but his last name is defintely Clark.
