These NFL scouts get too wrapped up with the "measurables" of a prospect and forget about how productive a player is on the field.

I hope Cody Prewitt becomes the next Bill Bates.

Cody will either gain 10-20 lbs and move to LB or will continue to work at SS and will be a good run stopper. Cody is a hardnosed FB player and will do the same for the titans. I think Cody will have a great shot at making the titans and should fit into their defense pretty welll

Come on Johnny Reb - it's CODY PREWITT. haha just joshin' ya!

Anyway, I heard that Cody had trouble putting on weight. Cody isn't stupid or stubborn. He knows he'd make a better LB in the NFL, but i don't know if his body would let him get in the 230-235 range.

I believe that Cody ultimately becomes a serviceable run-stopping SS backup and a pro-bowl special teamer. the photo of Quez picking off Bama sums up their NFL draft. Cody got burned and Quez bailed him out. Quez went in the 2nd round and Cody got passed on.

We should be loaded this year. We only lost one player to the draft where ole mullethead lost six. Atlanta, here we come!
