My ex fiancé’s daughter was killed by this man. After 2 and a half years since this incident , today he was found guilty. He testified on his own behalf and kept contradicting himself and sometimes falling asleep on the stand. The DA is pushing max sentence which is 30 years. There was all kind of substance abuse in his blood at the time of this incident . My question to you is in all of your experience, have you ever seen an individual get 30 years in like cases ?
