ESPN: Ole Miss has no shot at CFB playoff

Our September schedule will likely keep us out. 2-2 or 1-3 could easily happen. 3-1 could easily happen too. If we come through September without a lose (and that's a big IF) the chances of making the playoffs go up significantly.
Ole Miss will get the Death Penalty in January before they get a playoff bid.
You could learn a thing or two from @pratt12200. He may not like Bammer posters being here but gave a very reasonable response.
I guess we are starting to see who has the brains around here.
They don't mention the vandys and Mississippi states of this world ; the fact that we are talked about shows we are now relevant and a player

The Bowl ban that is coming is gonna make it difficult for you guys to make the playoffs. But good luck with that (not that it matters much, don't think you had a realistic shot before "Pay gate"). If you think the self imposed discipline is gonna end all of this, your wrong. If anything the self imposed stuff just shows the NCAA how bad you guys are hoping they will stop digging, when all it really does is chum the waters. And now the Sharks (NCAA) are circling the wounded prey (ole Mrs).
It's really gonna suck if they give y'all a 2-3 year bowl ban right after y'all bought your new shiny toy (QB, Patterson). Oh my what a waste. Karma be a bitch.
