Heard on sports talk that Northwestern's administration was bragging about signing a 20 man class with 0 NIL. Bet that makes Ohio State, Oregon, Michigan and Penn State just laugh and realize that they really don't have to do too much to get in the top 4 of that conference. They must have close to a dozen schools that aren't even trying.
