Neal can elaborate more on this, and probably will in 10 Thoughts, but it seems like Farese did the two birds, one stone thing yesterday. He was making a legal argument, but it also casted doubt on Miller's credibility as it pertains to the NCAA situation. The Georgia USAAAG incident specifically and just the character doubts generally had to noticeably pile on to the lack of credibility.

I guess it's possible Miller still has some type of evidence, but he certainly didn't present himself as someone who is calculating and able to withhold information until certain times. I assume Neal would agree, and have a much better idea than me since he was there, that Miller acted like someone who would have spilled anything he had yesterday in that first court appearance.

Not sure how anyone takes him seriously unless he does something that's a complete 180 from yesterday's performance. Laremy tweeted a few days ago he was stress free. If yesterday is indicative of what's against him, maybe that was a true statement. We'll see.
