After listening to Freezes press conference, here's a takeaway. He and his coaches lack insight into their players. They seemingly believe that this group can execute. They are calling plays based on the expectation that these specific players understand their positions, what's expected of them on each play, what the guy next to them is supposed to do. I will clarify it for the coaches since they don't get it. Stop making these same assumptions over and over. The new players and some of the old ones either don't understand or refuse to put out the effort. You look foolish making these same optimistic assumptions. They surely must not be getting enough reps to have all 11 correctly doing their jobs at the same time or they just don't care. You must expect that every play at least one of them is going to piss it up. These are your players. Either fix it or give up.
