seems that when a player decommits from one team, and goes to another, the fans of of the new team celebrate and the fans of the team the team left behind suffer

but what does "flipped" really mean?? it means the player looked a coach in the eye and lied, and mislead a university and fan base

the player clearly can not be trusted...is this the kind of kid to have in your program and represent your university??

can he be trusted to wear your colors with dignity??

I will not mention any names, we all know who they are, and EVERY team has some, so before the winners trash talk too much, trash is what you may be getting

yes, you are right....but that does not change the fact that he is less than genuine sad that we all accept this behavior

What part of EVERY team don't you get? I realize you are Misstake, but come on

My apologies. Does not get much worse than calling someone MSU. Will make a note of that

And many schools is jefferson up to now? That has to be a concern

No idea, to be honest from a kid coming from his background it's a little surprising he has been as flaky, for lack of a better term, with his recruitment. But then again, maybe it contributes, most likely never had to want or struggle for much of anything, might just be a spoiled kid.

Isn't he still committed to OM? So as far as I know of only 2 schools. But regardless the flipping being done this year is just damn crazy. UGA has lost 8 as of noon today, could lose 3-4 more before they sign tomorrow. But on the other side, we have gained 6 and could gain 2-3 more tomorrow. Someone isn't doing a good job of defining what commitment means to these kids and I don't care if we flip 5 tomorrow, its out of control.

well said

he is committed to OM whatever that means anymore but he committed last weekend, then went to michigan the next.....I don't begrudge these kids the trips, the should have a good time, just don't commit to anyone who even loos like a coach

some of your flips, may be due to the OC leaving at least that is a valid reason....kids commit because of a coach, and the coach leaves kid gets some slack there

good luck tomorrow, and sorry about before

I guess some could be because of the OC and OL change, Jefferson maybe that reason, the OT was for that reason, the RB because he made a bad choice to start with, a JUCO RB would have a hard time finding touches in our backfield. One WR because he couldn't EE at UGA because he lacked enough core math classes, 2 DBs one to WVU and one to Bama who has since decommited from Bama and very likely another DB headed to UF tomorrow and a WR most seem to think is heading to Auburn tomorrow. But our offense isn't going to change, Richt is a pro style guy and will always be. Our piss poor qb play last year is getting used against us and coaches are telling kids we only run WR screens and slants between handing the ball off to Chubb and they are buying it. Richt likes to go upfield, but our qb didn't allow for that last year, weakest armed qb I have seen in the SEC since people quit running the wishbone.

But, we have 4 WR returning, PT is there if they want to come and earn it. Good luck to you as well, no worries before, at least you didn't call me a Techie.

Get a grip man. These are 18 year old children they have teh right to change their mind. It is no secret that Richmond has always like the Vols. His mother wanted him closer and liked OM more. The family came to Knoxvlle and mama liked what she saw and gave her blessing. Is that so fvkcing hard to believe? Not trying to bust your bubble here but overall TN has better facilities, tradition, wins, and just is bigger on a national scale. We have been down just like bama was mid 90s-00s but we have turned the corner it appears with stellar recruiting. Why is it cheating? and why cant an 18 year old change his mind?

yes I believe he has always liked the Vols......so why did he "commit" to Oxford.

And yes,Tenn is a major, successful program......so why did he "commit" to Oxford

I wish him well at Tenn, and hopefully he takes some English classes and learns the definition of "commit"

By the way, we have a kid who is supposed to sign tomorrow who flipped. If he was not sure, why did he "commit" to a previous school

My issue is how little regard these players have for their word. You are certainly entitled to accept it. Good luck tomorrow.
