On yesterdays pod Chase said that Caitlin Clark can carry the WNBA and people will watch it because of her. I guess my question is are we sure about that and to what extent? It seems like we’ve kinda done this before with Sabrina Ionescu and whoever else the “hot name” was, and still nobody watches the WNBA.
I’ll admit I’ve been highly entertained by the women’s NCAA tournament and I’ll watch this weekend as well, but i can’t say I’ll watch any WNBA because Clark is going to be in it. The product just isn’t good.
