Nevada just ruled that daily fantasy sports (DFS) is considered gambling in Nevada so it is illegal without the proper licenses. They must cease and desist as of Thursday.

So some congressman is going to be conducting a hearing on this subject soon. So I would look for this to get shutdown soon.
