| Ole Miss Family – The Ole Miss Athletics Foundation (OMAF) is excited to announce Forever Ole Miss, our new planned giving program that will provide financial stability for all of Ole Miss Athletics. As you know, Ole Miss sports programs have realized incredible momentum in 2022 -- a Sugar Bowl appearance for football, women’s basketball returning to the NCAA tournament, hosting the SEC Track and Field Championships and, of course, winning the first-ever baseball national title. Such outstanding achievements have fueled great success for our $175 million Champions. Now. capital campaign. At almost 30% to goal, we are well on our way to hitting our mark by the end of fiscal year ’27. However, we continually look for ways to expand our stream of resources. While current-use funds will always be a priority for OMAF, future revenue streams are critical. Introducing Forever Ole Miss! Forever Ole Miss gives you, our Rebel Nation donors, a vehicle to include Ole Miss Athletics in your long-range giving plans while also recognizing those whose estate gifts will provide future support for our student-athletes, facilities and programs. Planned giving, via Forever Ole Miss, will be a new way to ensure Ole Miss Athletics continues to recruit and retain the best players and coaches, build world-class facilities, and maintain our status as one of the premier athletic departments in the SEC and nation. Planned gifts to the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation (OMAF) may include: 1. Plans from your estate — Bequests are gifts you establish through your estate plans. These plans include naming OMAF as a beneficiary of your will or living trust, retirement plan, or life insurance. 2. Plans that pay you income — Make a gift to OMAF and receive income for your life or for the beneficiaries you choose. These plans include Charitable Gift Annuities and Charitable Remainder Trusts. 3. Plans that help Ole Miss now and your family later — With a Charitable Lead Trust, income from a gift you make for a specified period is used to benefit Ole Miss Athletics. The remainder is then returned to you or your heirs. 4. Life insurance policies — Transferring ownership of a life insurance policy you no longer need or funding a new policy to support Ole Miss Athletics are excellent ways to give.
